2 bunches of fresh broccoli cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups red grapes, half
1 cup raisins
1/2 kg of bacon, cooked crispy and crushed
1 cup nuts, optional (cedar nuts, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds)
1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons milk
Container: serving bowl
Place the cooked broccoli, celery, onion, grapes, raisins and crispy bacon in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture, stirring until blended.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours to overnight, allowing the flavors to mix.
Add nuts just before serving.
