Asian Style Sugar Snap Peas Recipe

2 teaspoons oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® garlic spice grinder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® ginger, ground
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen sugar peas

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until softened.
  2. Mix soy sauce, spice with garlic and ginger. Add peas to sugar; throw to cover well. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until peas are warm. Season with extra garlic seasoning if desired
